Chicken Alfredo Bake
🛒 Ingredients
- 2–3 cups cooked whole chicken, shredded or chopped
- 3 cups dry egg noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 jar (650–700 ml) Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth (made with bouillon)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella – optional but highly recommended)
- Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- In a large baking dish (9x13 works great), dump in:
- Dry egg noodles
- Broccoli
- Cooked chicken
- Then top with:
- Ranch Seasoning
- Chicken broth (bouillon mixed with water)
- Alfredo Sauce
- Make sure the top is covered in Alfredo sauce and
→ Make sure the noodles are mostly covered (this is key so they cook properly) - Give it a gentle stir right in the dish
- Cover tightly with foil
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Remove foil, stir, then sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden
